Fintech Software From a Team That Gets Security & Compliance Right Before It Builds a Screen.
Plenty of agencies can build an app. Fewer know what a chargeback, a failed KYC check or a double-posted ledger entry does to a financial product. We build payment, lending, wealth and trading platforms with money movement, identity and audit trails designed in from the first architecture session. We've shipped the real thing for financial businesses across Australia, Canada, the UK and the US.

Who This Is For
Built for teams that move real money and can't afford to get it wrong.
Payments & Fintech Startups
Founders building a payments, wallet, neobank or checkout product who want a partner that has moved money through a live system before, not one learning on your runway.
Lending & Credit Businesses
Lenders, brokers and credit platforms that need loan origination, borrower verification and servicing that hold up when real applications and real money start arriving.
Wealth, Investment & Trading Platforms
Wealth managers, investment providers and trading or brokerage teams who need portfolios, order flows, KYC and market data working together, with a full audit trail behind them.
Banks, Institutions & Regtech Teams
Established financial institutions and regtech teams modernising legacy systems, where integrations, compliance and data integrity have to be handled properly rather than bolted on at the end.
The Problem
Fintech software is different.
Most development agencies find that out
when the money starts moving.
You started with a clear idea — a payments app, a lending platform, a wallet, an investment dashboard.
Then you hired a general development agency. And things started to go wrong in ways you didn't expect.
They built the checkout. But nobody thought through what happens on a failed or duplicated payment. They built the sign-up. But no one designed the KYC and AML path for a customer who fails a check. They shipped the dashboard. But the ledger doesn't reconcile, and the auditor's first question has no answer.
Now you've spent months and a serious budget. You have something that demos well. But you can't launch it, because compliance won't sign it off, the numbers don't tie out, and the money moving through the platform keeps your finance team awake at night.
Fintech software isn't about a pretty dashboard. It's about what happens when customer money, identity and a regulator's expectations all run through the same product.
That's a different skill. And it takes a different kind of development partner.
The Solution
A development team that speaks both languages — finance and technical.
We've built payment flows, lending platforms, structured-investment portals and trading systems. We know what a real financial workflow looks like, what breaks under load, and what it takes to move money through a product without losing track of a cent.
Financial Logic, Modelled First
Balances, transactions, interest, fees, settlement and refunds — the moving parts of a real financial product are modelled properly, so the numbers still tie out when the volume and the edge cases arrive. We design the data before we design the buttons.
Security, Compliance & Money Designed In
Role-based access, encryption, PCI-DSS-aware payment handling, KYC/AML and an append-only audit trail are part of the build from Day 1, not a scramble before launch. We map exactly where money and regulated data move before a feature is written.
Integration Experience
Payment gateways, bank and payout rails, KYC and identity vendors, company registries, accounting tools and market-data feeds — we've wired financial products into the third-party services they have to live alongside. Your platform won't sit in isolation.

What We Build
Whatever kind of fintech product you're building —
we've shipped something like
it before.
You don't need the technical name for it. Just tell us what your product does with money.
Card and bank-transfer checkout, wallets, payouts and subscriptions, with tokenised card handling, reconciliation and a ledger that balances. Web and mobile, sharing one backend.
Multi-step loan applications, borrower and company checks against registries, underwriting workflows, e-signed offers and named application statuses. Web and native app on one backend.
Structured products, portfolios, advisory flows and dealer tools — instruments modelled as searchable records, with KYC and the audit trail investors and regulators expect.
Order flows, market data, watchlists and tiered membership or subscription access — with per-feature entitlements and an upgrade path that's obvious from inside the product.
Identity capture, document and liveness checks, sanctions and PEP screening against your chosen provider, and the audit log an auditor asks for — built into onboarding, not bolted on after.
Admin consoles, transaction monitoring, reconciliation, roles and reporting — the back-office where a finance team actually runs the product day to day.
Multi-tenant financial SaaS with roles, plans and branding, plus APIs and webhooks to embed payments, lending or data into another product. Fits a solo operator or a governed team.
Fintech is broad. If you don't see your product above, tell us on the discovery call — we've probably built something adjacent.

Our Process
How we approach fintech software development.
Fintech software carries money, identity and compliance at once. Our process is built around that.
Before we discuss technology, we map how your product actually works. Who are the users — customers, admins, agents, compliance, finance? What does a transaction or an application look like end to end? And where exactly does money move, and where does regulated data sit?
We map the sensitive parts first: money movement and the ledger, PCI-DSS scope, KYC/AML and personal data, and who is allowed to see and do what. We define that architecture up front and build to it, rather than the other way around.
We design for how financial work really happens: a customer completing KYC on a phone, an admin reversing a payment, an underwriter reading an application. Forms people actually finish, and flows that stay clear when real money is on the line.
Milestone-based development with a review checkpoint at each stage. Daily written updates. Demo calls every two weeks. You approve each milestone before we invoice for it — and before we move to the next one.
We test the parts that carry risk — payment paths, the ledger and reconciliation, KYC/AML gates and role permissions. OWASP security testing, penetration testing and data-handling audits before anyone's money or data goes live.
We handle data migration from your old system, support cutover with a parallel-run period so nobody is locked out, and stay available during go-live. We don't disappear on launch day — financial businesses can't afford that.
You never pay for the next milestone until you've approved the current one — and confirmed it does what your business needs.

What We Map Before We Build
Security, money and compliance,
mapped up front.
A fintech platform isn't a set of screens — it's regulated data, real money and a regulator's expectations moving through the same product. These are the things we map before we write feature code, because they are painful and expensive to retrofit later.
Security & Data Protection
Encryption in transit and at rest, secrets management, least-privilege access and an append-only audit log. We map which data is sensitive, where it lives and who can reach it, so protection is part of the schema rather than a wrapper added late.
PCI-DSS & Payment Security
For card data we keep the system PCI-DSS-aware: tokenising through the gateway so raw card numbers never touch your servers, and scoping which components fall under PCI at all. We map the payment path before we build the checkout.
KYC, AML & Identity
Identity capture, document and liveness checks, and sanctions or PEP screening against a provider you choose — with the decision, the evidence and the audit trail recorded. We decide what a failed check does to the journey before we design the sign-up.
Transaction & Ledger Integrity
Balances and transactions modelled as an append-only ledger with reconciliation, database transactions and idempotency keys so a retried payment can't double-charge, and named, auditable status transitions. The numbers have to tie out, so we design for that from the first table.
Regulatory Readiness & Integrations
The reports, exports and audit trails an auditor or regulator will ask for, plus the integrations a financial product lives on — banking and payout rails, payment gateways, KYC vendors and company registries. We map each one's fields, limits and failure paths up front. Underpinned by ISO-certified, CMMI Level 5 processes.

FAQ
Questions?
Answered.
The questions we get asked most often by fintech founders and teams.
A tightly scoped fintech MVP — a payment or wallet flow, a lending application, or a wealth or trading dashboard — usually takes 10 to 16 weeks from scope sign-off. A larger multi-role platform with KYC/AML, a ledger and settlement, and several third-party integrations runs closer to 16 to 30 weeks. Every timeline is fixed in writing during scoping, and once a proposal is signed we start within two weeks.
We design for them from the first architecture session, not the week before launch. For card data we keep the system PCI-DSS-aware by tokenising through the gateway so raw card numbers never touch your servers. For KYC and AML we build identity capture, document verification and sanctions or PEP screening against a provider you choose, plus the audit trail an auditor or regulator will ask for. We map which data is regulated, where it lives, and who can see it before we write feature code.
Security is part of the data model, not a layer added at the end. Role-based access for every party, least-privilege permissions, encryption in transit and at rest, secrets management, and an append-only audit log of who did what. Every build goes through OWASP-based security testing and penetration testing before real money or personal data moves through it. We are CMMI Level 5 and ISO certified, so this runs as a defined process rather than a good intention.
We integrate the services a financial product lives alongside: card and bank-transfer gateways, payment rails and payout providers, KYC/AML and identity vendors, business and company registries, accounting and ledger tools, and market-data feeds. On Multifunds we validated ABN and ACN numbers against the business registry to pull company and director details automatically; on Global Gateway we modelled structured notes as searchable records keyed by CUSIP and Neo ticker. We map each integration's fields, limits and failure paths before building against it.
Money data is treated as the core of the build. We model transactions and balances as an append-only ledger with reconciliation, use database transactions and idempotency keys so a retried payment cannot double-charge, and record status changes — pending, cleared, settled, refunded, failed — as named, auditable states. On Multifunds a loan moves through in-review, conditionally approved, approved and settled, each visible to both sides. Nothing important is silently overwritten.
Yes — responsive web back-offices and dashboards, plus native or cross-platform mobile apps for iOS and Android, sharing one backend and one set of business rules. Multifunds runs the same eleven-step lending journey on the web and as a native app; Idle Wealth was drawn as its own layout at phone width rather than a shrunk desktop page.
Payment and checkout flows, commercial lending and loan origination, structured-investment and dealer platforms, trading-education membership portals with tiered access, wealth-advisory sites with lead capture, and broker CRM with proposal tracking. Five are featured on this page — Global Gateway, Idle Wealth, Multifunds, Value Planner and X-Trading — each with a live case study you can open.
We work in milestones. You approve and pay for each stage before we start the next one, and you own 100% of the code and the data. The discovery call is free and ends with a written scope, a timeline and a cost range, with no obligation to proceed. We also offer a 7-day free trial so you can see how we work before committing to the full build.
Your Move
Your fintech platform deserves a development team that understands what's at stake.
Whether you're a founder launching your first payments product, a lender digitising origination, a wealth or trading business building a platform, or an institution modernising a legacy system — the decisions you make now will shape how your business runs for years.
We've built payment flows, lending platforms, structured-investment portals and trading systems across Australia, Canada, the UK and the US — part of the wider software development and SaaS development work we do at Shanti Infosoft. We understand money movement, identity, the ledger, and what a regulator asks for.
The discovery call is free. It's 30–45 minutes. You'll leave with a clear picture of what we'd build, how we'd handle your compliance and integrations, and what it would cost — with no obligation to proceed.
