Education Software Built by People Who Understand Learning — Not Just Code.
Most development agencies build apps. We build learning platforms — with assessments, multi-role access, learner-data privacy, and accessibility engineered in from day one. From LMS and tutoring marketplaces to audio exams and mentorship apps, we've shipped the real thing for education businesses across the UK, USA, Europe and the Gulf.

Who This Is For
Built for the people teaching, training and moving learners forward every day.
Schools, Colleges & Universities
Institutions that need an LMS, student and parent portals, assessments, and admin tools that match how teaching, grading and reporting actually happen — across every role and every device.
EdTech Startups & Founders
Founders building the next course marketplace, assessment product or learning app — who need a partner that has shipped this kind of platform before, not learned on their budget.
Training Providers & Course Creators
Organisations delivering professional training, certifications and online courses who need enrolment, content delivery, progress tracking and completion certificates working together in one place.
Coaching, Tutoring & Mentorship Businesses
Tutoring marketplaces, coaching and mentorship businesses who need booking, session management, payments and progress tracking that connect learners and mentors properly — not bolted on.
The Problem
Education software is different.
Most development agencies find that out
when the exam is on the line.
You started with a clear idea — a learning platform, a course marketplace, an assessment tool, a student portal.
Then you hired a general development agency. And things started to go wrong in ways you didn't expect.
They built the course screen. But nobody thought about how grading and progress hold up across thousands of learners. They built the quiz. But no one designed the exam integrity path for when a student tries to cheat. They shipped the app. But it isn't accessible, and it doesn't sync with your SIS or video-conferencing tools.
Now you've spent months and a serious budget. You have something that demos well. But you can't launch it — because teachers don't trust the grades, a parent can't see their child's progress, and every screen holding minors' data keeps your compliance officer awake at night.
Education software isn't about a pretty course page. It's about what happens when learner data, assessments and multiple roles all move through the same product.
That's a different skill. And it requires a different kind of development partner.
The Solution
A development team that speaks both languages — education and technical.
We've built learning management systems, assessment and audio-exam platforms, tutoring marketplaces and mentorship apps. We know what teachers actually do, what breaks at scale, and what it takes to move a grade, a submission and a payment through a platform safely.
Learning Logic, Not Just Screens
Courses, cohorts, enrolments, assessments, grading, certificates, progress — the moving parts of real teaching are modelled properly, so the product still makes sense when thousands of learners and the edge cases arrive. We design the data before we design the buttons.
Learner Privacy & Accessibility Designed In
Role-based access for every user, encryption and consent controls for learner and minors' data, and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility are part of the build from Day 1 — not a scramble before launch. We map exactly where sensitive data moves before a feature is written.
Integration Experience
SIS feeds, video conferencing like Zoom, payment gateways, single sign-on, content imports and analytics — we've wired learning products into the third-party services they have to live alongside, with the same rigour we bring to every SaaS platform we build. Your platform won't sit in isolation.

What We Build
Whatever stage your learning platform is at —
we've built something like it
before.
You don't need to know the technical name. Just describe the learning problem you want to solve — whether it's a web platform or a mobile learning app.
Courses, cohorts, learning paths, enrolments, grading and certificates — with workspaces, groups and reporting. Web and mobile, sharing one backend.
Marketplaces connecting learners with vetted tutors and courses — subject and level filters, one-on-one, group and recorded lessons, transparent pricing, free trials and booking.
Timed tests, question banks, audio-based exams, multi-step video tests and published explanations — with randomisation, attempt logging and integrity measures. Grading handled with real rigour.
Separate dashboards for students, teachers, admins and parents — each with its own permissions, workflow and data boundaries, from onboarding wizards to reports, notifications and messaging.
Audio-based lessons and exams, video lessons with watched-status tracking, structured reading plans and player experiences — media-rich learning that works across web and mobile.
Mentee and mentor journeys — goal setting, consultant search, session booking with confirmation, task tracking, session rooms and reviews, matching learners with the right guide.
Session calendars and bookings, credit packs, performance tracking, invoices and feedback — for studios, training providers and skills programmes running paid sessions at scale.
Education is broad. If you don't see your product above, tell us on the discovery call — we've probably built something adjacent.

Our Process
How we approach education & eLearning development.
Education software carries learner data, assessments and multiple roles at once. Our process is built around that.
Before we discuss technology, we map how your product actually works. Who are the users — students, teachers, admins, parents, mentors? What does a course, an enrolment or an exam look like end to end? And where, exactly, does sensitive learner data move?
We map the sensitive parts first: student and minors' data, grades and submissions, consent and retention, FERPA/GDPR obligations, and who is allowed to see and do what across every role. We define that architecture up front and build to it — not the other way around.
We design for how learning really happens: a student on a phone between classes, a teacher grading in bulk, a parent checking progress. Accessible (WCAG 2.1 AA) navigation, forms and players that people actually finish — not ones that only look good in a demo.
Milestone-based development with a review checkpoint at each stage. Daily written updates. Demo calls every two weeks. You approve each milestone before we invoice for it — and before we move to the next one.
We test the parts that carry risk — assessment and exam integrity, learner-data access, role permissions and grade accuracy. OWASP security testing, penetration testing, WCAG accessibility audits and data-handling reviews before any student data goes live.
We handle data migration from your old system, support cutover with a parallel-run period so nobody is locked out, and stay available during go-live. We don't disappear on launch day — education businesses can't afford that, least of all mid-term.
You never pay for the next milestone until you've approved the current one — and confirmed it does what your business needs.

What We Map Before We Build
Learner data, assessments and access
done right.
A learning platform isn't just screens — it's minors' data, graded assessments and several roles moving through one product at once. These are the things we map before we write feature code, because they are painful and expensive to retrofit later.
Learner-Data Privacy (FERPA & GDPR)
Grades, submissions, guardian details and minors' records are sensitive by default. We design encryption, consent, data-retention and data-residency controls so the platform can meet FERPA, GDPR and local privacy rules — mapped before we build, not retrofitted before launch.
Multi-Role Access & Permissions
Students, teachers, admins and parents each see and do different things. We design role-based access, data boundaries and audit trails so the right people reach the right data — and nobody, especially where minors are involved, reaches what they shouldn't.
Assessment & Exam Integrity
Timed tests, question randomisation, attempt logging, lockdown behaviour and identity checks — with third-party proctoring where invigilated exams are needed. We design integrity in, so results teachers and institutions can trust.
Accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA)
Education software has to work for every learner. Keyboard navigation, screen-reader semantics, colour contrast, captions and scalable text — built to WCAG 2.1 AA and tested with assistive technology as part of design and QA, not a checkbox at the end.
Integrations: SIS, Zoom & Payments
Student information systems, video conferencing like Zoom, payment gateways, single sign-on and content imports — the tools a learning platform lives alongside. We map each integration's fields, auth and refresh rules, underpinned by ISO-certified, CMMI Level 5 processes.

FAQ
Questions?
Answered.
The questions we get asked most often by education and EdTech clients.
A focused MVP — a single-audience LMS, a course or tutoring marketplace, or an assessment app — typically takes 10–16 weeks from scope sign-off. A larger multi-role platform serving students, teachers, admins and parents, with proctored assessments, payments and integrations, usually runs 16–28 weeks. Every timeline is agreed in writing at the scoping stage.
Yes. We have built assessment platforms with timed tests, audio-based exams, multi-step video tests and published explanations. For integrity we add measures such as question randomisation, time limits, attempt logging, lockdown behaviour and identity checks, and can integrate third-party proctoring where a client needs invigilated exams.
We treat learner data — grades, submissions, guardian details, minors' records — as the core of the build. Role-based access, encryption in transit and at rest, consent and data-retention controls, audit trails, and data-residency choices are designed in from Day 1, so the platform can meet FERPA, GDPR and local privacy rules rather than retrofitting them before launch.
Yes. Education software has to work for every learner, so we build to WCAG 2.1 AA — keyboard navigation, screen-reader semantics, colour contrast, captions and scalable text — and test with assistive technology. Accessibility is part of the design and QA process, not a checkbox at the end.
Yes. Multi-role platforms are a core strength. Our Eshraq LMS models workspaces, groups and spaces with separate onboarding and permissions for students, teachers and parents, and our Audio Exam platform ships distinct organisation, teacher and student dashboards — each role with its own workflow and data boundaries.
Yes. We wire learning platforms into the services they live alongside — student information systems (SIS), video conferencing such as Zoom, payment gateways, single sign-on, and content sources (we imported Udemy courses into a client LMS). We map each integration's fields, auth and refresh rules before we build.
Yes — responsive web portals and native or cross-platform mobile apps for iOS and Android. Several of our education products, such as Eshraq, Nasooh Mentee and Sihl Training, ship as mobile apps backed by the same platform, so learners get the experience that fits the moment.
Cost depends on scope — number of roles, assessment and proctoring depth, integrations, and web versus mobile. We work in milestones: you approve and pay for each stage before we start the next, and you own 100% of the code. The discovery call is free and ends with a clear scope, timeline and cost range, with no obligation to proceed.
