Clients can easily schedule appointments with certified professionals, ensuring flexibility and personalized care. Providers, with consent, can access clients’ medical histories to deliver tailored treatments, prioritizing convenience and expertise.

Goals & Challenges
Goals
The project aims to simplify booking nail and foot care services, delivering a seamless experience for clients and providers. With Google Calendar synchronization, bookings are tracked and managed in real time. Additionally, the platform digitizes patient history, enabling providers to access key information directly via the app. This ensures personalized care and improved service quality, especially for clients with specific medical needs.
Challenges
Displaying charges and availability for future booking
One of the key challenges in the project was to dynamically calculate and display future service charges based on the provider's location, ensuring transparency and accurate pricing for customers. Additionally, the system needed to enable scheduling providers for immediate (ASAP) appointments based on their proximity to the client.
Showcase effective timeslots for booking
Another significant challenge was to effectively display the provider's available timeslots to customers, allowing them to book appointments seamlessly while considering the provider’s real-time schedule and availability.
Ensuring Confidentiality of Patient Medical Data
We faced challenges in maintaining data confidentiality due to the inclusion of patients' medical histories. To address this, we implemented encryption at multiple levels and followed strict security measures to ensure the data remains secure and confidential

Visual Design
In Clipt, the platform maintains a consistent and cohesive visual language across all interfaces. The color palette has been optimized to ensure accessibility, adhering to WCAG standards for contrast ratios, creating an inclusive and user-friendly experience for all users.
