During our Helpz journey, we uncovered distinct needs, forming connections seamlessly. Helpz's user-friendly interface effortlessly connects users and providers while navigating a variety of obstacles. Enter a world where every click leads to customized help, ensuring a smooth and fulfilling experience.
Challenge
We struggled to strike a balance between the various user needs and the technical limitations in our Helpz project. It proved challenging to design a user-friendly interface while maintaining seamless functionality. After overcoming these obstacles, Helpz became a seamless fusion of user-centric design and reliable technology, offering the best possible user experience.
Ideate
During the Ideation phase, possibilities exploded in our minds. We came up with creative ideas, envisioned user journeys, and created a design for Helpz that put simplicity, accessibility, and a wonderful user experience first.
Colors
We gave Helpz a vibrant makeover in Colors. Blue Ribbon takes the lead in our playful palette, complemented by the vivacious tone of Feijoa. These dynamic colors resonate with Helpz's spirit, creating a visually appealing and engaging atmosphere in line with our user-friendly design.

Visual and typography hierarchy
To blend playfulness and structure into our design strategy, we chose the LATO and Yeseva One fonts. LATO ensures creativity and readability are harmonized, enhancing the user-friendly and intuitive design. Yeseva One, with its elegant curves, adds a touch of sophistication and enhances the visual appeal, making our platform both engaging and aesthetically pleasing.
Minimalistic Iconography
The icons, which were created for intuitive understanding and adherence to UX principles, are characterized by their simplicity. Carefully designed, they improve usability and user experience by streamlining interactions.
Visual Design
The colorful UI screens in this segment captivate with playful creativity. Vibrant colors and fundamental UX principles guarantee an engaging and seamless user experience. Each screen exhibits user-friendly design for a fun experience.
