Zone5.ai streamlines quality control (QC) by enabling QC employees to verify products meet standards before shipment. Vendors can request QC checks, manage products, and drop zones, while customers confirm orders and schedule deliveries via vendor-provided links. It supports roles like Super Admin, Sub Admin, QC staff, vendors, and delivery drivers.

The platform lets vendors manage drop zones and branches, and delivery drivers access assignments via a mobile app. Customers can confirm orders and select delivery times and locations, ensuring an efficient and seamless delivery process.
Challenges
Vendor Order Management and Verification
Ensuring a smooth process for vendors to submit their products for quality checks was a key challenge. The platform needed to facilitate the easy submission of products and seamless communication between vendors and QC employees.
Effective Communication Between Roles
Ensuring that information was properly communicated between all user roles (QC, Super Admin, Sub Admin, Vendors, and Drivers) was essential for maintaining workflow and avoiding delays in the verification and delivery process.
Customer Confirmation via External Link
A challenge arose in ensuring customers could efficiently confirm their orders through a link provided by the vendor while also selecting appropriate delivery details. The platform needed to accommodate this process in a way that was both secure and user-friendly.
